  • VISUAL INSPECTION

    Every single board goes through meticulous inspection unsing UV tracer and UV lamps. this is done to inssure whether the coating has been applied in accordance with the coating plan and whether no coating material has entered the connections, controls, sensors and other external signaling devices.

  • MEASURE LAYER THICKNESS

    The thickness of the Coating layer varies based on the type of coating and is specified with both minimum and maximum limits. A layer that is either too thick or too thin can adversely affect the long-term protection of the PCB. To ensure effective protection of the PCB, we take multiple measurements to insure adequate layers thickness throughout the coating process.

  • VISCOSITY MEASUREMENT

    The effective application of a conformal coating is contingent upon various factors, including the viscosity of the coating material. By evaluating the viscosity prior to the production phase, it is possible to enhance quality control. Therefore, guaranteeing the best possible coating viscosity.
